FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What motorbikes do you use?

Reliable road-ready bikes suited to the KKH; specific models are confirmed on booking. You can also bring your own bike.

Do I need riding experience?

Yes, for riders — the KKH has high altitude, traffic and mountain conditions. Non-riders are very welcome as pillions or in the support 4x4.

How high does the ride go?

Up to the Khunjerab Pass at about 4,700m, the highest paved border crossing in the world. We build in acclimatisation before the high day.

Is a support vehicle included?

Yes. A 4x4 follows the convoy with luggage, spares, a mechanic and space for anyone who wants a break from riding.
