How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing by WhatsApp or email and include your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect from the date we receive it.
Cancellation Charges
Charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on supplier terms. Earlier cancellations generally attract lower charges than last-minute ones.
Cancellation By Us
If circumstances such as extreme weather or road closures force us to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund of recoverable amounts.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled pickup without prior notice is treated as a last-minute cancellation and may be non-refundable.
