Quoted prices are based on the details you provide and current rates. A booking is confirmed once the agreed advance/deposit is received and we send a written confirmation.
Payments
Payment terms, accepted methods and any advance amount are stated on your quote. Final balances are due as specified in your confirmation.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid identification and any required permits, for arriving on time for scheduled pickups, and for informing us of medical or dietary needs in advance.
Changes & Force Majeure
Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, landslides or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide a suitable alternative of equal value.
Liability
We arrange services with trusted providers but are not liable for delays or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
