In short: Eagle’s Nest near Duikar village is famous for sunrise, sunset and panoramic views over several 7,000 m peaks. It overlooks Karimabad, Altit and the whole central valley — the single most requested evening stop on Hunza tours.

What You See

From the ridge above Duikar the panorama sweeps Rakaposhi, Diran, Golden Peak (Spantik), Ultar Sar and Lady Finger — snow giants lighting up in sequence at golden hour while the valley’s terraces dim below.

Getting There

Duikar is 20–30 minutes’ drive above Karimabad on a paved but steep road; every private tour includes it. In winter, 4×4 is advised after snowfall.
