Booking & Deposit

A deposit of 30% confirms your booking and reserves hotels, transport and permits; the remaining balance is payable on arrival in Pakistan by cash, card (VISA/Mastercard) or bank transfer. You receive a detailed itinerary and a fixed, itemised quote before any payment is requested.

Date Changes

Dates may be changed free of charge up to 14 days before the tour start date, subject to hotel and flight availability. Within 14 days, changes are accommodated where suppliers allow, and any non-refundable supplier costs (hotel, airline) are passed on at cost.

Cancellation Charges

More than 30 days before travel: deposit refundable less any non-recoverable supplier costs. 15–30 days: 30% of tour cost. 7–14 days: 50%. Under 7 days or no-show: 100%. Peak dates (blossom weeks, Eid, July weekends) may carry stricter hotel terms, stated on your quote.

Flight Cancellations & Road Closures

For weather-cancelled Gilgit/Skardu flights, the costed road backup in your itinerary activates automatically at no extra tour cost (airfare differences are refunded or passed through at cost). Force-majeure events (landslides, closures, strikes) are handled with equivalent alternatives wherever possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable supplier costs.

Traveller Responsibility & Insurance

Travellers are responsible for valid passports/visas and for adequate travel insurance including emergency medical evacuation. Insurance is mandatory for all treks. Trekking carries inherent altitude and mountain risk; travellers confirm fitness for their chosen route at booking.

Visa & Invitation Letters

We provide a Letter of Invitation and hotel confirmations to support e-Visa applications after booking. We assist with the process but cannot guarantee any government visa decision.
