For Arrive Lahore: Mughal icons on day 1, early or late light is used where practical, while weather determines the final viewpoint; equipment remains supervised during roadside stops and larger luggage stays secured in the vehicle.

Delhi Gate to Wazir Khan by rickshaw, museum, afternoon Wagah ceremony. Lahore sightseeing is arranged around monument opening hours, city traffic and any security instructions affecting the old city or border ceremony. For Walled City + Wagah on day 2, allow practical setup and transfer time between activities; the coordinator checks the venue, vehicle and agreed services so the programme is not compressed into unrealistic timings.

Shalimar Gardens, Anarkali/Liberty markets; transfer onward (or fly to Islamabad for your northern tour). The final transfer keeps a sensible buffer for the agreed train or flight time, while any optional stop depends on the remaining daylight and traffic.
